Special Instructions

1.
Ferment at 45 F for 2 weeks. Then raise temp to 70 F for 1 week diacetyl rest.
2.
Add gelatine fining and chill to 38 F and lager for 1 month.
3.
Rack the beer, add priming sugar and fill bottles. 125 grams of dextrose for 5 gallons.
