Protein rest temp was a touch high, stirring didn't seem to cool it any. Definitely needed the last quart of sparge liquor. As a result, didn't get a final runnings sample. Ran out of wort, topped up BK with hot liquor. Boiled a bit too hard--hit my target gravity, but was probably close to half a gallon short ...
