Easy brew. Protein rest temp was a touch high, stirring didn't seem to cool it any. Definitely needed the last quart of sparge liquor. As a result, didn't get a final runnings sample. Ran out of wort, topped up BK with hot liquor. Boiled a bit too hard--hit my target gravity, but was probably close to half a gallon short on volume. Luckily I had 800mL of yeast slurry from my last pils, so it evened out. Knocked out pretty darn cold, and set temp controller to 52F.
Also, skipped the stainless pellet hop filter. With even a small amount of whole hops in the boil, leaf hops seemed to catch a lot of particulate. Didn't lose kettle volume.
Efficiency probably closer to 70%.
1/11. Had a nice krausen on it this morning, bumped the temp down to 51F.
1/17@1.013@53F--corrected to 1.012. Unrestricted temp.
1/21@1.008@61F. Tasting good. Yeast has dropped quite a bit. Will keg, and let it sit a few days warm for a "safe than sorry" d-rest.

Gravity Estimates
Based on boiling 7.20gallonsliters at 1.037 for 90 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 1.50gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.045.
You wanted an OG of 1.047. It looks like it will be under.
