Special Instructions
1.Strike water= 6.8 gallons @ 166 degrees F
2.Mash all grains and rice hulls for 75 minutes at 152 degrees
3.Sparge 2.9 gallons @ 170 degrees
4.Hop addition schedule as above.
5.Primary fermenter for 7 days @ 65-67 degrees.
6.Rack to secondary fermenter and age for 10 weeks.
7.Add 1 oz Simco pellet hops to secondary fermenter the last 10 days of fermentation.
8.Bottle beer, and bottle condition for 4 weeks, but age up to 3 years.
