Kept the loki a43 voss hot sunday to friday. (90f set on jacket). The og cannot be right. its probably because i dumped a 1L starter in first? It actually measured 1.067. The other 2 mashes i did this week were right on and high so i can't explain how it could be that low otherwise. I put the beer in the keg at room temp for 1 day. it had a nice orange tang to it.
