Notes:

Grain bill is solid, play around with hops. Try motueka, rakau, etc. next time: pure tropical and get more aggressive with aroma additions, cut bittering additions even more (<1 oz total before 30 min). Aroma: Tropical notes predominate. Appearance: cloudy, no irish moss. NEIPA ish Flavor: clean tasting, just a touch of biscuity flavor hits the right note, but is quickly overwhelmed by hop bitterness that dominates any tropical flavors. Pairs nicely with food, especially rich meats and such. Mouthfeel: perfect. Just what I was going for. Overall: Gotta get the hops right. Recipe has been toned down in terms of malt but now seems unbalanced in terms of bitterness. MgSO4 could be excessive too.
