Special Instructions
1.Boil 1 gallon of water to pre heat mashtun
2.Dump preheat water from mashtun
3.Heat strike water to 73.2 Deg C
4.Mash grain in 14.5 Ltrs @ 66 Deg C for 90 mins
5.Preheat required sparge water to 73.2 Deg C
6.Take first run, then batch sparge.
7.Boil for one hour, following hop scedual.
8.Irish moss 15mins from end of boil.
9.25g of Cascade pellet at flame out. Steep 30 mins.
