Special Instructions

1.
Boil 1 gallon of water to pre heat mashtun
2.
Dump preheat water from mashtun
3.
Heat strike water to 73.2 Deg C
4.
Mash grain in 14.5 Ltrs @ 66 Deg C for 90 mins
5.
Preheat required sparge water to 73.2 Deg C
6.
Take first run, then batch sparge.
7.
Boil for one hour, following hop scedual.
8.
Irish moss 15mins from end of boil.
9.
25g of Cascade pellet at flame out. Steep 30 mins.
