This is a knockoff on Magic Hat's #9 apricot ale. Use English Extra Dark Crystal instead of Crystal 150. This site needs to improve the ingredients list. I get 21 IBU, not 31. Use 1 oz Apricot flavoring per gallon. Use Ringwood yeast at your own discretion. Do a diacetyl rest to avoid the buttery flavor - unless you want it to taste like Magic Hat and Shipyard beers. I used the New Brittainia yeast from Northern Brewer.
