brew in a bag full volume

mash in

hold temp at 154f 60 min

pull bag out and lightly squeeze out juice.

heat to boil add in 1st hops at this time

follow hop schedule

add whirflock at 15 min to go
8.
ferment at 60f first day then ramp to 77f until finished.
9.
cold crash then transfer to keg on top of cherry juice and potassium sorbate
