Things to remember:1. Heat strike water to ~175F as the mash tun is going to absorb some heat - let it stand for 5 mins to cool to ~164F before adding grains2. Stir mash three times throughout first hour3. Heat sparge water to ~180F4. Follow sparge instructions from: http://www.homebrewtalk.com/showpost.php?p=3532529&postcount=55.
