Special Instructions

Steep flaked wheat and oats @ 70?C for 30 minutes in 5litres of water
2.
Add 1kg of DME to the wort at initial boil.
3.
Add 1.5kg of DME to the wort after flameout.
4.
Add additional water to the wort to help cool and bring OG to 1.052
