bring 5l water to boil

Add glucose, lemon juice and half the zest

boil for 30 minutes

add lactose in the last 10

add 10l water to fermenter
6.
add the wort to fermenter along with rest of the zest
7.
pitch yeast at appropriate temp
8.
secondary dry with 5-10gram low bitterness, citrusy hops
9.
secondary, add 5 lemons worth peel and juice
10.
add more hops/lactose to taste. should be low-medium sweet with light hop aroma flavour
