pre-heated mt with about 2 gallons of aprox 180f water. strike may have been a bit hotter than i needed, but numbers were very close. i'm wondering if i'm sparging with too much water(still sparging). dude @ shop asked about flaked grain. teased me a bit about my recipe source. v.3 will get me closer with consultation. way over og. fuck if i know.
