Brewed 8/55.01 sparge pH149-150 mash temp (30')1.082/5.45 first runnings1.014/6.10 final runnings1.044/5.66 pre-boil*added 20mL phos (10%)*Added 10mL phos at EOB1.053 O.G. 5.12 post-boilFast/easy brew. pH stuff is really making me scratch my head lately. Calculated mash pH was pretty damn close though. Was able to KO pretty quick with the pre-chilled water on the HX, hit 66F. Beer was rolling next afternoon.
