It's been a while since I brewed and I am feeling rusty. My stirring arm seems weak.Mashed in around 146 and let the temp rise to just over 150F.About 45 minutes into the mash, I added heat to bring it back up to around 150. I added a little heat at the 60 minute mark and then let it sit another 15 minutes for a total of 75 minutes around 150. Then I started draining the grains and rinsed them with some ~166F water.
