Mash Steps

Special Instructions

Mash in to 5 Gallons at 155F for 60 Min Mash out and Sparge with an Additional 2 Gal in Brew bucket

Bring to Boil (careful of overboil from foam) Add 1 oz Hallertau Begin 60 min boil

15 Min Worfloc Tab

10 Min .5 oz Tettnang Add in wort Chiller

Flame out .5 oz Tettnang
6.
Chill wort and sanitize all fermenting equipment
7.
Once wort is chilled to below 65F pitch yeast and ferment at 60 degrees for 10 Days.
8.
Transfer to secondary and lager for 20-30 days
9.
Sanitize add conditioning sugar and Bottle. Continue to condition in cold place
