Special Instructions

1.
Mash Wheat, Pilsen and 5 oz Acidulated malt at 148F for 60 mins
2.
Add 1.5 lb acidulated malt and mash at 148F for 45 mins
3.
Boil for 60 mins; cool to 66F and pitch yeast
4.
Add 0.5 oz crushed coriander and 0.5 oz Kosher salt with 10 mins remaining in boil
5.
After 4 days, add chopped, peeled cucumbers to fermenter
6.
After 7 days at 66F; raise to 68F for 2 days; then raise to 70F to clean up
7.
After FG steady, cold-crash at 33F, then keg and enjoy
8.
At kegging, add 1 tsp lactic acid/5 gallons if additional sourness required
