Special Instructions

1.
Boiled and an hours steeping for the Elderflowers in 3.5lts water. Then drained.

Kit made as instructed with boiling Eldeflower water and cold water to 21 lts
3.
Yeast added at 22C SG1.038 = Good strong fermentation with an orange crust!
4.
Racked to secondary after 6 days. Mosaic hops added
5.
Cold crashed for 6 days then bottled with cordial (22.5 gms sug), 38gms Dex 10 Herms.

SG1.008 at bottling
