Special Instructions

Half camden tab, 1 tsp Calcium Sulphate
2.
Add hops at flame out and stir for 15 mins
3.
Cool to 20C, free rise temp to 21/22/23C, ferment for 4 days
4.
Dry hop 7 days then cold crash to 3.3C for 3 days
5.
Add 100g sugar, condition at 15C
