Special Instructions

1.
Start mash at 165 degrees. Add ingredients. Hold at 153 for 1 hour.

Sparge with 170 degree water
3.
Primary Fermentation for 7 days
4.
Deseed and devein habaneros (2). Roast at 350 for 10 minutes. Cool. Add to vodka tincture (just enough to cover peppers).
5.
Zest 3 blood orange peels (no pith). Peel and throw away rind. Cut up fruit. Freeze fruit and zest.
6.
Secondary Fermentation for 17 days
