Receta igual a lote 23 para comprobar repetitibilidad, con la diferencia de que utilice avena gravita que tenia a la mano. La macere a muy alta temperatura 69^C y tambi?n alta fermentaci?n a 28^C. El mosto tiene un sabor amargo que cala en la parte trasera de la lengua y en la garganta, es necesario hacer los ajustes adecuados para evitar este problema en lotes siguientes.
