I accidentally added 1lb honey malt instead of 0.5 lb. upped the base malt to 10 lbs. seems like my efficiency wasn’t great, but hey it’s the first time I’ve brewed in over a year. Next time I need more strike water. Mash was too thick. 5/5 dry hopped at high krausen 2oz each mosaic/Idaho 7/el dorado
