Special Instructions

1.
Make 2L yeast starter 2 days before - 4 pints water, 1 cup DME
2.
Rack into secondary once fermentation is over
3.
Add Amarillo dry hops once in secondary fermenter
4.
Citra dry hops go in 5 days after fermentation is over
5.
Motueka dry hops go in 10 days after fermentation is over - hold for 3 days
6.
3 days after final dry hop addition, rack into keg and carbonate
