Heat 5.7 gallons of strike water to 158 to drop mash in temp to 152 when grain is added

Mash for 60 minutes

Sparge with 1 gallon of water heated to 175 degrees.

Target pre-boil gravity: 1.040

Boil and follow hoping schedule. Add whirfloc at 15 minutes before flame out.
