Special Instructions
1.Heat 5.7 gallons of strike water to 158 to drop mash in temp to 152 when grain is added
2.Mash for 60 minutes
3.Sparge with 1 gallon of water heated to 175 degrees.
4.Target pre-boil gravity: 1.040
5.Boil and follow hoping schedule. Add whirfloc at 15 minutes before flame out.
