Special Instructions

1.
Bring 4 gal RO water to boil.
2.
Remove heat and add extract plus 1 gram gypsum. Add chiller and bring back to boil.
3.
Boil for 15 mins and add hops according to recipe.
4.
Ferment at 55 F for 5 days then raise to 66 F for D rest. Package after 14 days.
