Used optic springs pale ale for 2-row substitute Used450 flaked oats500 flakedwheatDry Hopped at 14 days... only 3 g citra dry hop in 10L, then 28g of Mosaic... disaster with the dry hopper, which opened up in the keg... had to mix with the other 8L to be bottled. Resettled then kegged with 15g of Mosaic into 10L KegFor the remaining amount bottled on 11 April
