OG 1.059 FG 1.012 ABV 6.17% Apparent Attenuation 79%. Mashing with about 2.25 gallons of campden-treated tap water. I have a bunch of water in reserve for rinsing and topping up, also treated with campden. I doughed in around the high 140's, but quickly hit and then exceeded 152 with this new burner. Added a splash of distilled water to get it down around 153 for the start of mash. After about 20 minutes, the mash temp had fallen around 150.
