I did change the hops a little to suit my taste
To be a little closer to the original sub Citra for the Lemon Drop and replace the Mosaic with Galaxy

5.cold crash with gelatin for kegging
6.usually ready to bottle or keg in 18-24 days and is nice and clear with a compact sediment
7.My system dictates a 5.5 gal batch and a 7 gal boil volume, adjust ratios to your setup
Tastes very close to the real thing. the lemon drop hops gives it a tiny bit more lemon citrus aroma on the nose.
Very happy with the results. Very well liked by everyone that tries it. Great go to refresher beer.
