Mash temps were stable, was started at 149.7 and ended at 149.4, ended up just shy of 6 gallons into the fermenter and just a bit high on O.G. at 1.063, smooth brew day, the wort tasted great and is a light yellow gold. I'll dry hop the first dose when fermentation is still active and then dose again once fermentation is complete.
