5G strike water at 168F, mash temp 150, 60 min in 10gal kettle - BIAB (double bag)

2 Gal strike at 168 over draining BIAB, 7G boil

Boil 60 min, with Hops addition, t-10min start recirculation thru wort chiller, t-5min add warflock, yeast nutrients
5.
Finish boil chill to 75F, and pitch yeast starter, rack to fermentor
