Mash rests on Juniper branches at 140 degrees for 1.5 hours.

Sassafras Bark (1oz) & Juniper Berries (2oz) (Blended/Crushed) added at first hour of the Mash.

Mash temp increased to 170-175 degrees for 1/2 hour before sparging.
4.
1 gram of Saffron added to secondary.
