2.Add first dry hop and ferment 3 more days.
3.Remove first dry hop, then cold crash.
4.After 24 hrs of cold crash, add second dry hop for 24 hrs.
5.Transfer to a serving keg on top of gelatin & burst carb to 2.5 vols CO2. Enjoy!
Aroma: Citrus, stone fruit.
Appearance: Light haze.
Flavor: Pineapple premominant. Citrus and stone fruit.
Mouthfeel: Medium light malty.
Cheater hops, with flavor forward yeast...cheater beer. So delicious!
