Add .8 tsp (4g) of calcium chloride to the mash water.
2.
20 minute boil addition means add at end of boil, turn off heat, let hops sit for 20 minutes, then start cooling
3.
flameout addition means add hops at 160F and hold that temp for 10 minutes
