Special Instructions

1.
Heat up fresh fruit in a cook pot. Mash the fruit as it heats up. Boil for about 10 to 15 minutes.
2.
Rehydrate the dry yeast as the fruit slurry cools.
3.
Add water to 1 gallon carboy, leaving enough space for the honey and fruit.
4.
Add honey and fruit to carboy and mix vigorously. Then mix in 1 tsp yeast nutrient.
5.
Pitch the yeast and let ferment in a dark place for 8 weeks.
