Special Instructions
1.NO HOPS DURING BOIL
2.Add hops when your boil is finished. Don't cool the beer, just let it sit for 20 minutes.
3.Start cooling the beer down to 160F, then add the "flameout" hops, and hold at that temp for 10 minutes
4.Ferment normally, add the dry hops two days before you plan to bottle.
