Mash Steps

No mash steps in this recipe

Special Instructions

1.
Add the first set of flame out hops right after the boil finishes
2.
Add the second set of flame out hops when the temperature is below 150F
3.
Whirlpool and let hops sit for 10 minutes before cooling to fermentation temperature
4.
Ferment at 64-68F for 5-7 days, then raise to 70F until a stable FG is reached
5.
Add first set of dry hops towards the end of active fermentation
6.
Add the second set of dry hops with two days left in primary
7.
Transfer straight to keg with 9psi of CO2
