4/18: Brewed without seemingly any issues. Probably the best smelling wort brewed yet, after the whirlpool additions the wort was a bouquet of different aromas. Only issue (in general) that needs to be addressed is straining the wort. Strainer helped a bit and you were able to dump a bunch of the leftover trub but need to invest in a cyclindrical strainer. Would be nice to clip on strainer, simply dumb wort into fermenter, remove strainer and close the lid!
