Special Instructions

1.
Fazer descanso protéico a 45°C por 10 min.
2.
Adicionar 20g de East Kent Goldings aos 60 min.
3.
Adicionar o Whirfloc aos 15 min.
4.
Fermentação a 22°C por 7 dias.
5.
Na maturação adicionar a gelatina e baixar a temperatura para 0°C e manter por 3 dias.
6.
Priming com 7g de açúcar por litro final de cerveja.
