Special Instructions

1.
Steep grains in 165* water 30 min in full kettle 6.5 gal. Remove and do not squeeze bag.
2.
Add 50% of LME and stir in, do not allow to burn at bottom of kettle.
3.
Bring kettle to gentle boil.
4.
Add remaining LME.
5.
Follow hop addition schedule.
6.
Add 1 tsp Irish Moss - rehydrated at 15 min.
