Heat mash water to 160*
2.
Add grain to water. Waterwill cool with addition of grain.
3.
Mash grains in 3.3 gal at 151* - 154* 60 min.
4.
Heat 4.5 gal Sparge water to 170*
5.
Slow Sparge 45-60 min.
6.
Collect 6 - 6.5 gal for boil.
7.
Add 1 tsp Irish moss - rehydrated- at 15 min.
