Test batch I'm doing for a friend, never really knew what Cardomom was until today. Smells pretty good off the kettle. Never used Kveik for a porter, I really like a orange flavour in dark beers so it should only help with the profile Keep in mind before you read my fermenting temps I've been using kveik as my only yeast for over a year now. The quickest grain to glass I've done is 3 days. It's a truly beautiful yeast and highly recommend it. The higher the temperature you ferment at the more of the orange flavour from the yeast is produced. Pitch temp is 30c/86f And fermenting at 30c/86f on first day, 35c/95f second day and 38c/100.4f third day. Forth day I'll crash it to 1c/33.8f and transfer to a keg to force carb
