6/25/21 Brewed this recipe with minor variations on the hops.. Didn't have Nugget So I improvised with Brewers Gold and Crystal to equal 26.7 IBUs.. Shouldn't change things much but might allow for more of the vanilla to come through. Will leave in primary for 7-10 days and then add Vanilla beans in secondary. Will use 6-7 Tahitian beans this time.
