OG 1.048 FG 1.012 ABV ~4.73% 74% Apparent Attenuation. I believe all the grains for this one were Weyermann except the Vienna, which was from Briess. Mashing with about 1.75 gallons of water. A little less than 1/2 gallon of that is distilled. The rest is campden-treated tap water.I have about 1.5 gallons of water in reserve for rinsing. .25 gallons of that is distilled and the rest is treated tap water.
