OG 1.05 FG 1.009 ABV ~ 5.38 Apparent Attenuation 81%Mashing with about 2.25 gallons of water. ~.5 gallons of that is distilled, the rest is campden-treated tap water. (This is a little less than when I made the first version of this beer. That was early on in my new rinsing methodology, and I'm favoring rinsing a little more now.)I have about 1.25 gallons of water in reserve for rinsing. ~.25 gallons of that is distilled.
