Dec 22/19 945am: Targeting 67C mash temp but only hit 60.7C. Grain must have been much colder than measured.
2.
Added 1.5L boiled water within first 5 minutes to hit 63.5C
3.
Added 1.5L more boiled water less than 5 minutes after that. After mixing hit 63.7C highest temperature.

Let mash go 5 minutes longer (35 minutes total)

First runnings of 1.061

Added 3g CaCl2/ 2g CaSO4 and 7.5ml phosphoric to strike 19.67 3 =22.67L
7.
Added 2g CaCl2/ 1.5g CaSO4 and 5ml phosphoric to sparge 15.89L
8.
Added 76.5C sparge water to 57C grainbed for 65.5C
9.
1.050 SG pre-boil.
10.
Dec 22/19 215pm: 26C wort Into FC set to 30C.
11.
Dec 23/19: Dry Hopped with 5oz El Dorado at 30C
12.
Dec 31/19: FC at 30C. Starting cold crashing. Turned FC to 24C.
13.
Jan 1/19 930am: FC to 19C.
14.
Jan 5/19: Bottling Day. 20.5L(5.41gal) at 31C (88F) to 2.55 vol. w/ 5.66oz dextrose, 1g salt
