Boiled 4 lts of water then added Hops as above
2.
Strained onto extract and then made up to 20 lts with cold water.
3.
Yeast pitched at 24C SG1.050
4.
1 week after brewing racked with first dry hopping SG1.006
5.
Second dry hops added 10 days after brewing. Moved to celler.
6.
Half bottle and half keg'd (Batch primed with 50 gms Dex.) on 7th Dec. 2019
