On 10/21(9 days in) I added .5 oz of Tettnang hops (because I had them laying around doing nothing) to Primary Seeing as this is an experiment and its only .5 oz to a 5 gal batch, I don't expect any dramatic changes But I will note any when I taste again on bottling day. I plan on possibly bottling on 10/27.
