Added 2 tablespoons of brown sugar during mash.Preboil gravity 9 brix (1.035)boiling went bad because of the failed heating element. That affected original gravity a little bit.Original gravity 11 brix (1.043)Final gravity 6 brix (1.012) and it gives us 3.8 ABV
