Mash Steps

No mash steps in this recipe

Special Instructions

1.
Heat 6 gallons of water to 155
2.
Add grains to grain bag and steep
3.
Put lid on at 165 degrees and turn off flame
4.
Steep for 20 minutes
5.
Drain and remove grain bag
6.
Flame on to boil, then back off
7.
Add DME and lactose (stir well)
8.
Flame on - boil for 10 minutes
9.
Flame off / drop temp to about 155 degrees
10.
Add hopstand hops (1.5oz cirtra / 1.5oz nelson / 1oz mosaic / 1oz simcoe)
11.
Remove hops after 30 minutes
12.
Cool wort to 70-75 degrees
13.
Transfer into fermenter
14.
Pitch yeast at temp
15.
@ 3 days - 1st dry hop (1.5 citra, 1.5 nelson, 1 mosaic)
16.
@ 7 days 2nd dry hop (1.5 citra, 1.5 nelson , 1 mosaic)
17.
@ 12 days keg
