started with r/o water from brinks 11 gallons. per gallon: .4 caso4 (gypsum). 1.6 cacl2 .4 mgso4 (epsom) and 1 nahco3dont mix together in a bowl and add water fizzzzzzzz. did overnighter. started with close to 8 gallons. brought heat to 180 at night. then to boil for a few minutes in am. then did real boil for 60 min at night. in the end was left with 5 gallons after transfer and hopping etc... could have cut boil back 10 min. on oct 14th specific gravity is 1.014 and still slowly ...
